Service Agreement

Welcome to SakuraCat network acceleration service. These Terms of Service form a legal agreement between you (the user) and SakuraCat (the service provider). By using our service you agree to comply with the following terms.

Account Registration

You must provide an accurate email address to register an account. Regarding account security, you must:

• Keep your credentials secure and not share them with others
• Take responsibility for all activity conducted through your account
• Notify us immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use

Acceptable Use

SakuraCat services may only be used for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Distributing malware or conducting network attacks
• Sharing illegal content
• Infringing on others' intellectual property rights
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

Payment and Refunds

All plan fees are collected at the time of purchase. Plans are generally non-refundable once activated or used. We recommend trying the free trial plan before purchasing. Contact support for unusual billing issues such as duplicate charges.

Service Availability

We strive to provide stable and reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance and force majeure events may cause brief service interruptions.

Intellectual Property

The SakuraCat name, logo, software, and website content are the intellectual property of SakuraCat. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during their subscription. This license does not include:

• Copying, modifying, or distributing SakuraCat software, branding, or content
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from the software
• Reselling or commercially providing the service to third parties without written authorization

Changes to Terms
